Strong and energy-bounded permanent inequalities on bipartite supports
Scott Schubr, Luminary Oddities LLC

This package contains one integrated paper, its editable LaTeX source and an
exact arithmetic supplement. It proves strong permanent comparison on every
finite K4,q and on K5,5, and an ordinary energy criterion covering every K12,q.
Additional strong five-row regions hold for arbitrary finite column count.
K5,6, all K5,q and unrestricted Chollet are outside the strong conclusion.

Read Bipartite_Permanent_Inequalities.pdf for hypotheses and the full analytic
chain. Strong comparison and ordinary self-comparison have different bounds.
The K5,5 proof is computer-assisted; its continuum reduction and Bernstein
basis argument are printed in the manuscript.

Reconstruct the finite arithmetic with Python 3.10 or later:
  python -B code/verify_bipartite_certificate.py
  python -O -B code/verify_bipartite_certificate.py
Only the Python standard library is needed. The program uses exact integers
and fractions, takes no data input, writes no files and needs no network.
It reconstructs all 3,145,728 Bernstein coefficients on 3,072 boxes, verifies
nonnegativity and 3,072 independently evaluated off-grid midpoints, and checks
the smaller rational tables. Expected certificate summary: 160 zero
coefficients, minimum positive coefficient 1/40; coefficient stream SHA-256
4310deff925a38bef61675808f048ec517a565f76fe2119aedb5cf9ae1bc2f90.
The hash identifies output; the exact inequalities and mathematical reduction
establish positivity. Runtime varies by machine. The code does not replace
the analytic proof and is not a proof-assistant formalization.

Build the paper with a standard AMS-compatible LaTeX installation:
  pdflatex -output-directory build manuscript/main.tex
  pdflatex -output-directory build manuscript/main.tex
Create the build directory first. Alternatively:
  tectonic --outdir build manuscript/main.tex
Packages used are named in the source; initial installation may need network
access. Bibliographic entries are embedded, with no external bibliography or
companion manuscript required.

MANIFEST.json lists SHA-256 identities of the public payload. SHA256SUMS
also covers that manifest. Neither file hashes itself. Verify SHA256SUMS with
an appropriate SHA-256 tool before using the extracted contents.

Published earlier support results are credited in the paper.
