Sharp calibration costs for high-order thermal Gaussian energies
Scott Schubr, Luminary Oddities

main.pdf is the complete manuscript. main.tex is the editable LaTeX source.
The paper determines exact high-degree joint source/calibration minimax risk,
finite resource orders, deterministic sample allocation and interval limits.

Build using Python 3 and Tectonic:
  python build.py --engine tectonic --output-dir build

Run the exact arithmetic controls (Python standard library only):
  python verify_calibration.py
  python -O verify_calibration.py
The program prints JSON and writes no files. Finite controls support identities;
the manuscript contains proofs of the asymptotic and uniform claims.
The inherited thermal source estimator is stated in the paper and attributed
to its published predecessor, which contains the full source-only proof.

citation.json provides bibliographic metadata. MANIFEST.sha256 lists hashes of
all other public members.
