The paper proves a sharp corrected square-root inequality for bounded
unimodular fibers of central affine dimension at most two, count-dependent
powers with explicit finite-threshold bounds and a sharp leading asymptotic,
and power-4/13 concavity for the type-A3 Kostant count. The power 4/13 is
optimal for the specified classical continuous extension; optimality for
inequalities restricted to integral demands remains open. The general
higher-dimensional Jensen question also remains open.

To build, run `tectonic main.tex` in a directory containing main.tex, or
compile it with a current LaTeX distribution providing the standard packages
listed in the source. No external bibliography, figures, datasets or
computer calculation is needed for the analytic proofs.

The bibliography credits the classical geometry and chamber enumeration.
The paper includes a disclosure of AI assistance.
