Global finite-depth stability and nonreal zeros of admissible Fourier transforms
Scott Schubr. Author preprint, October 25, 2026.

Read main.pdf. The editable manuscript consists of main.tex and its five
included TeX files. Build with Tectonic (tectonic main.tex) or a LaTeX
distribution supporting the packages listed in main.tex. No external images,
data or bibliography program are required.

Run python verify_hierarchy_constants.py with Python 3. This standard-library
checker prints exact arithmetic controls as JSON and raises an exception if
a check fails. python -O runs the same gates. The checks concern finite
partition budgets, root-coordinate identities, coefficient ratios, amplitude
budgets and carrier payments. The analytic manuscript proves the global and
arbitrary-finite-depth assertions; finite controls are not sampling proofs.

MANIFEST.sha256 lists exact checksums for every other public member. Citation
metadata is in CITATION.cff. The paper credits the author's published lift,
the independent six-atom seed and earlier curvature-iteration methods.

This is an author preprint without external human refereeing. It concerns
generic admissible kernels; it does not solve the actual theta all-order gap
or the Riemann hypothesis. A construction for every prescribed finite depth
does not supply one fixed kernel at all infinite depths.
