FIRST-HIT STOPPING AND BIAS-CORRECTED SCORE INFERENCE IN DIMENSION THREE
Scott Schubr - manuscript version 2.1 - October 20, 2026

This consolidated revision contains complete analytic proofs of the corrected
same-sample exact-score limit, the full second-order actual trajectory and
first-hit inference, and the sharp stopping clock and residual phase law.
Formal Gaussian range: 2/17<kappa<4/9, all 0<gamma<3/4.
Consistent estimation and shrinking uncertainty: 2/17<kappa<2/5.
The upper4/9 endpoint is sufficient and strict.
The correction-specific lower2/17 obstruction is retained. Residual constants 1/2 and1 are sharp in the stated subsequential sense.

Rebuild
Requires Python3.9+ and Tectonic with its LaTeX resources installed.
  python code/build_pdf.py --output-dir ../dimension-three-build
The output directory must be new. If needed pass --tectonic PATH_TO_TECTONIC.
For offline builds add --only-cached and optionally --cache-dir CACHE_PATH.
The helper writes the rebuilt PDF and compiler log outside these sources.

Version2.1 retains version2.0, which expands version1.1's theorem range and incorporates a complete
second-order trajectory proof, restored iteration uniformity, and sharp
first-hit results. This is the same dimension-three paper and a follow-up
to the cited dimensions-one-and-two paper. Earlier versions are preserved.

The manuscript supplies the analytic proof and the package supplies its build inputs. Fixed positive C8 density on unitT3, fixed query,
exact periodic heat kernel and shared observations at both scales are used.

Version2.1 adds only an explicit population-filter definition and manuscript
version-history paragraph to version2.0.
