Run python verify_lifting_constants.py using Python 3. The standard-library-only
checker prints exact rational and combinatorial checks as JSON. A failed check
raises an error. Running with python -O produces the same checks. The checker
verifies finite arithmetic supplements; the analytic proof is in the paper.

The construction concerns generic admissible kernels, not a counterexample to
the actual Riemann theta kernel or a resolution of the Riemann hypothesis.
